This thirteen week program is designed to help individuals understand that living a mindful, healthy lifestyle is a journey not a destination.
Participants will hear about wellness topics such as; Self-Care, Stress Reduction, Emotional Releasing, Hypnotism, E.F.T., Meditation and Relaxation.
Other topics will be Dream Interpretation, Essential Oils, and the Relationship between Health and Happiness. Basic Holistic Arts will be taught within this applied setting. Each session will include a discussion on learning ways to take control of your health by using self awareness, as well as learning skills and tools that can be used to help move closer to optimal health. Some classes will include demonstrations.
